Apple’s WWDC 2017 came up with various huge updates. Various executives like Tim Cook, Craig Federighi, Phil Schiller took the stage and announced these updates. Every product of Apple was covered in this event.

Apple Homepod

Everybody must have heard of Amazon Echo and Google Home which currently are best in its market. But now Apple launched its Homepod which is aiming its way in the market and also aiming for replacing the above smart home speakers. Well after seeing the Homepod it looks like not only Amazon Echo and Google home will be replaced but also The Sonos home entertainment speakers. Homepod uses a smart way of turning its sound with considering the space of the room for better sound quality. Apple’s Homepod is priced at $349.

Apple iMac Pro

Apple’s desktop so-called iMac now has new product i.e. the iMac Pro. It got a 5K retina display with improved cooling capacity and 8-core Xenon Processor which is further upgradable to 18 core processor. It contains a 1 TB SSD for the excess amount of storage with high transferring rate and is further upgradable to 4TB. It has 4 built-in Thunderbolt 3 ports and has a built-in 10 GB Ethernet. You might have gone crazy after listening to its specifications but the price tag will also make you crazy as it has a price tag of $4,999.

10.5-inch iPad Pro

The iPad Pro will now be available in three different sizes, with a new 10.5-inch model which is announced today. It has a 12-megapixel camera, just like the iPhone 7, with a 7 MP front facing camera. The new IPad Pro supports USB 3.0 and has a battery life of 10 hours. It has a new feature called ProMotion which reduces the Apple Pencil’s latency to 20 milliseconds. ProMotion also doubles the refresh rate to up to 120 Hz.

This iPad will be available in the market starting from a 64 GB variant priced at $649.

WatchOS 4

A new update will be coming to Apple watches which introduces new faces that display various information such as Siri reminders or more visual ones like the Toy Story characters and mickey mouse ones. The new update will also have a fitness-focused update, which includes monthly challenges to encourage the wearer to get active and NFC enabled data sharing where the user can tap their Apple Watch on gym equipment to pair the two for better calorie burn and activity information.

New MacOS – High Sierra

New OS is coming to Mac which is named High Sierra and it comes with updates to Safari which Apple says that it will make the Safari browser fastest than every other browser. An updated file management system will also be part of the update.

iOS 11

The new version of IOS is here. There’s been an update to Siri’s speech and the ability to help translate sentences into different languages and on-device learning for better understanding of what you do your iPhone. iMessages is now in ICloud, with synchronised conversation that you can delete from any device you own that are under the same account. Now you can pay and receive payments through iMessage.
