Features of the all new Huawei Watch 2

Huawei has come with its predecessor of previous generation of smart watch and it is named as watch 2 a common name for a smart watch as they like it keep it simple just Watch.

So moving on this time they have reduced the size of the watch but there is an increase in weight and thickness all thanks to the number of connectivity options provided like LTE, 2G, and 3G with GPRS, Bluetooth, WiFi and EDGE connection. Network connectivity is given by SIM on a purpose that you can answer your calls and go anywhere without your phone. One of the reasons behind its hype is Android wear 2.0 OS which is the latest to Android watches it comes with 16M colors AMOLED display of 1.2 inches.

It supports Corning Gorilla glass and inside it has Qualcomm Snapdragon wear 2100. It is a quad core chipset clocked at 1.1GHz. It has 768mb of RAM memory and a 4GB of internal memory. It also has a good set of sensors like Accelerometer, gyro, heart rate, barometer, and compass. It is also IP68 certified water/dust resistant upto 1 metre for 30 minutes, so on conclusion you can’t swim with it.

Watch 2 supports standard 20mm straps so you can have a large variety of customization available but one thing that is missing is that there is no scroller on the side like apple watch nor a sensor swipe like Samsung’s watch. Scrolling on such a small screen can be irritating when you can’t see what you are scrolling.

There are two models i.e., watch 2 and watch 2 classic. The classic has that metallic touch to it which many people would prefer but it lacks LTE connectivity on the other hand watch 2 is made of plastic which make it a sports watch.
