Apple Watch Series 4 review

Apple basically redesigned the all-new watch series . New, curved-corner display with 30 percent more screen. It also comes with an updated optical heart rate sensor and the ability to take ECGs. You get all this starting at $399 for a model with GPS, and $499 for a cellular model, in either a 40mm or 44mm case. A Walkie-Talkie app, all of which make the watch more pleasant to use.

The Apple Watch Series 4 comes in two sizes — 40mm and 44mm – and also brings along a 30 percent larger display. The Breath app, which many use for meditation or to lower their heart rate, will now be available as a watch face. As per the VERGE The two new sizes are 40mm and 44mm, but they really don’t feel that much bigger on your wrist than the old sizes. I was using the 42mm Series 3 and the 44mm size is only subtly bigger, but it’s also subtly thinner. To me, it feels about the same, but I think the trade-off of size for thinness is worth it. I suspect the same will be true for people who prefer the smaller size, but my recommendation is to go to a store and try one on before buying.

On the software side, watchOS 5 continues to refine the watch’s UI. Regardless of which Apple Watch you own, you’re going to want to update the software.

“Things look different when the screen turns on. The screen on the Series 4 is just incredibly good. Apple says it’s 30 per cent bigger, which is one of those specs that’s easy to just sort of pass over when you read it.
