Facebook will live stream all the red carpet and backstage coverage of Oscars 2018

If you are an Oscar fan then this Sunday is going to be amazing for you as Academy Awards are going to be held this weekend. But if you want to access all the content of the Oscar event, whether it is backstage, behind the scenes or red carpet then you should turn to Facebook because this time also Facebook is the only social media platform that will provide live coverage to “The Oscars: All Access”.

Facebook pages of ABC and Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences will live-stream the show and will start at 6:30 PM Eastern/3:30 PM Western and also you can watch it at ABCNews.com and Oscar.com.

“The Oscars: All Access” will be hosted by Sofia Carson, Wesam Keesh and commentators Chris Connelly, Ben Lyons, and Adnan Virk.

This is not the first time Facebook is going to live stream the event, even last year at Oscars 2017 Facebook live-steamed Oscars and also hosted Emmy Awards in September. Facebook has also acknowledged that Oscar-related videos have been garnering millions of views.
