Here’s how you’ll be able to “unsend” your WhatsApp messages
Now here is a good news for the WhatsApp users. WhatsApp is reported to be finally testing the message unsend feature on the app. The Facebook-owned app is reported to be testing this features like other apps such as wechat, hike etc.
This feature lets the WhatsApp users unsend any message that has been sent mistakenly by the user. Although it can be un-send only if the other person has not read the message yet.
This feature will let you delete the message both from your device and from the other device to which you have sent a wrong message. This will only happen if the other reader has not viewed the message yet.
The feature is reported to be named as “Delete For Everyone” feature.
The company has begun its testing on the number of devices all over the world in both Android and iOS devices.
One of the most famous WhatsApp leaking platform “WABetaInfo” gave this report that the company has successfully made such kind of feature and the company has already started to test this feature. It is also being said that this feature has been working successfully showing positive results.
Hence we can expect that this feature will soon hit our smartphone devices.
What's more interesting feature about this feature is that is will recall the wrongly sent message from the other device and also the notification for that message will also be recalled. Hence WhatsApp is making a beneficial feature to protect you from getting embarrassed after sending texts to wrong persons.
There was news that this feature would have been launched by June 2017, but it was not yet announced. Then we also saw this feature appearing in the BETA version of WhatsApp for Windows. This makes it more possible that this delete for everyone feature will soon be rolled out on Android and iOS-based smartphones.
We will still wait for the official announcement of this feature. This was all about the tech news. Stay tuned with KNine Vox for further updates in the technology world.
