Samsung Pay which is consistently expanding across the globe has decided to make its way in the United Kingdom. This digital payment service has received a great response and is looking forward to launching in a major market.
According to the reports, Samsung Pay will be launched in the UK on 16 May. First to highlight this was SamMobile. They received an email from their reader having screenshots of the conversations with Samsung support representatives. They both said that Samsung Pay will be launched on May 16.
Samsung Pay first became available in South Korea in August 2015, and then it was released in the US in September 2015. Since then it has been growing consistently including India in March this year, and recently was launched in the United Arab Emirates and Sweden.
Samsung Pay service only works with Samsung smartphones and smartwatches and lets you make payments by just using your device.
As there is no official news about the release date of the Samsung Pay, so we cannot be sure of the exact launch date as these can be changed at last minute.
