Indian Shuttler Srikanth Kidambi is on a roll with his career best form. He today won Australian Open Super series men’s singles final with a thumping win over Olympic champion Chen Long of China. He won in straight sets by 22-20, 21-16.
This was the third continuous Super series Final for Srikanth Kidambi. He had won the Indonesia Open last week.
In this match Kidambi did not give any chance to Chinese opponent and went on to win the final making it his second championship title in 7 days.
This was 6th time Kidambi Srikanth had faced Chen Long and this was the first time he emerged winner. Experts say that Kidambi Srikanth is in his career best form and he is making most of it.
Earlier this was his third straight final and he became only the fifth player to do so.
And this time the Chinese was in no competition to Kidambi Srikanth.
