MI to launch much affordable TV series for India

After making its mark in the smartphone market, now Xiaomi is looking to capture a significant share in the smart TV series also. Till now Xiaomi has gone for only two sales in India and it is looking to expand its share aggressively.

According to the current reports, Xiaomi is now planning to launch a series of affordable smart TVs in India to attract the mid-range smartphone TV customer base in India. Xiaomi’s global vice president, Manu Kumar has given this hint in his recent tweet which was as follows:

Although he didn’t mention that he was giving a hint about the smart TVs, the word sleeker, slimmer and smarter words made it possible that it was about smart TVs. Earlier also there were reports that MI is planning about such TV range in India.

These reports came true when there was another tweet posted by Product manager of Xiaomi, Sudeep Sahu, who confirmed the arrival of a new affordable TV series in India that will improve the smart TV experience and it will enable more people to watch smart TVs.
