Magnetic North Pole has always been moving swiftly and is bound to even have flips. But at the start of this year, the pace at which the North Pole was shifting towards Russia made headlines and because of that fast-shifting, the scientists had to update the World Magnetic Model (WMM) a year ahead of its schedule.
