NASA captured a video of Pluto that will “wow” you

Pluto a dwarf planet of our solar system is quite an interesting place, covered with mountains, a layer of water ice and frozen nitrogen. NASA’s spacecraft “New Horizons” was set to launch 2 years ago and after achieving this milestone NASA shared a video of Pluto showing its beauty to people.

Here’s the explanation of the video given by NASA

The viewer first passes over the western margin of Sputnik, where it borders the dark, cratered terrain of Cthulhu Macula, with the blocky mountain ranges located within the plains seen on the right. The tour moves north past the rugged and fractured highlands of Voyager Terra and then turns southward over Pioneer Terra — which exhibits deep and wide pits — before concluding over the bladed terrain of Tartarus Dorsa in the far east of the encounter hemisphere.

This video is not an actual video but is a model but it’s pretty cool nonetheless.

If you liked this video there’s another video shared by NASA showing the largest moon Charon.
