In order to boost up the targets and progress in the field of Augmented Reality, Facebook has now successfully acquired a Germany based startup known as Fayteg.
This company is well known for its video editing technology and it gives an option to remove or add objects from the videos. This feature makes this company a well-known named in video editing world.
Facebook confirmed this new of acquisition and didn’t disclose any further information on its amount and plans of using this acquisition in its business.
Experts say that Facebook can successfully use this technology for the tracking of objects in live video making. This will be a major boost to the efforts of getting growth in augmented reality.
Earlier, major work of Fayteg was to sell plug-ins to the major video editing players such as Adobe which allowed the video editors to remove or add objects in the video with the help of tracking the objects in the video.
Now the company has declared that all the products and services will not be available for sale.

This was a video platform for the innovative publishers and creators and it was made available to the few selected people for the US. It is available on desktop, mobile, laptops and TV.
