Xiaomi is stepping up its game with every new device it is launching. Now Xiaomi has entered the gaming industry with its awesome new laptop, which is a beast in its price range. With a GTX 1060, 7th gen i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM the laptop can handle quite heavy gaming. This device also packs a 15.6 inch screen and a 256GB solid-state drive (SSD), and 1TB of hard disk storage (HDD).
The whole package costs around RMB 8,999, or about $1,430. You can also get a cheaper, less powerful version of the Mi Gaming Laptop that comes with a Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti, 8GB of RAM, and a 128GB solid-state drive. (The cheaper version keeps the 1TB hard disk). However, there doesn’t appear to be pricing info on that one.) Both versions come with ample ports, including multiple USB 3.0 and USB-C, a HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Xiaomi also revealed Mi AI speaker mini. It can let you stream music, get the weather, program your calendar, and do other personal assistant-type chores. However, the new model is more compact and cheaper, with a price of just RMB 169 ($27) instead of $45.
