Kawasaki refined Ninja ZX 6R for 2019, unveiled at EICMA 2018

Kawasaki unveils the all-new sublime Ninja ZX-6R super sports package for 2019 having the iconic 636cc inline 4 engines. Ninja powerhouses a KQS quick upshifter and adjustable shift light plus Showa SFF big piston forks and confidence inspiring Monobloc calipers that are bound to grab track day fans’ attention.

For long distance weekend tours, the mid-weight marvel now has an ECO riding mode in addition to the standard fit Kawasaki Integrated Braking System (KIBS) plus KTRC traction control.

Add a brand-new styling package plus LED headlamps and the new Ninja just reached another level. The Ninja ZX-6R is equipped with powerful, highly rigid, radial-mount monobloc calipers, offering superb control and a firm feel at the lever. Large-diameter semi-floating ø310 mm stainless-steel front petal discs contribute to strong braking.

The phenomenal 636 cc engine gives out 128.2HP @13,500RPM and a torque of 70.8NMm @11,500RPM. Maximum power this gives out is 95.4 kW {130 PS} / 13,500 rpm the engine stays the same.

The fuel tank holds a capacity of 17 liters. For the disc brakes, the front breaks are 310 mm dual disc. The rear brakes are 210 mm disc. We will have a front suspension of 41mm inverted forks and a gas charged monoshock rear suspension.

The company hasn’t claimed the official pricing of the Ninja 2019. The colors Kawasaki will offer would be Lime Green / Ebony / Metallic Graphite Gray.
