HBO Max has announced a Batman spin-off series from the Matt Reeves Batman universe. The series will be directed by Matt Reeves and will focus on the Gotham City Police Department as they fight crime in an effort to maintain safety in Gotham.
The series will be set in the same world as in Robert Pattinson Batman. According to the press release the series is build upon ‘the motion picture’s examination […] of corruption in Gotham City, ultimately launching a new Batman universe across multiple platforms.‘
The title of the show has yet not been unveiled, but the director made a statement about the show:

WarnerMedia is looking into HBO Max to expand on its DC universe. Earlier it had announced that Snyder Cut for Justice League will be coming on HBO Max next year.
For now release date has not been confirmed. But the Batman is scheduled to be released on October 1st, 2021.
