Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro renders reveal a totally new design

Google I/O is over with no announcement regarding any of the upcoming Pixel devices. But the good news is that we have now leaked renders of both Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro and they show that these smartphones will come in a totally new design.

The new Google Pixel 6 images corroborate last week’s leak – the smartphone has a punch-hole display and has two cameras on the rear placed on the horizontal island. However, the screen in the latest pictures is surrounded by slightly thicker bezels, while the rear cameras are joined by an additional sensor and what’s likely a microphone.

As per the sources the display is around 6.4 inches diagonally and the device will include an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Also as per the renders, there’s no 3.5mm headphone jack on the Pixel 6, so you’ll have to rely on USB-C for listening to music through wired earphones.

Pixel 6 Pro will come with a triple camera setup on the rear and will feature a 6.67inch curved display. Unlike its predecessor, which was not really a flagship device, it seems that Google is desperate to get back in the game.

Google will be removing the earlier naming convention of ‘XL’ and replace it with ‘Pro‘, with Pixel 6 Pro not only having a larger screen but also supposed to be better than Pixel 6.

For now, there is no official announcement by Google on these devices, but we may be able to see these devices released soon this year.
