WhatsApp‘s long-awaited multidevice support function will be soon entering public beta in the coming month, permitting users to log in from four linked devices.
The new view once and disappearing mode is also added in this version. This news came out in an interview between WABetaInfo and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and WhatsApp head Will Cathcart.
Cathcart said that this new multidevice support will make WhatsApp available on iPads too.
It’s yet to be confirmed when the new view once and disappearing mode is set to launch. but the multi-device support will enter public beta in a month or two.
Along with multidevice features, WABetaInfo has also said that WhatsApp is working on a new password-protected encrypted chats backup feature which will permit the user to transfer their chats history from iOS and Android devices.
