Louis Vuitton came up with these extravagant luxury handbags with OLED panels

Louis Vuitton the luxury fashion brand will burn a hole in your pocket as it has released brand new handbags dubbed as “Canvas of the Future” and they come with an inbuilt OLED display. These handbags seem to have been inspired by a sci-fi movie and are part of the Cruise 2020 collection.

These handbags feature built-in flexible displays, which Louis Vuitton has told Engadget is AMOLED with 1920 X 1440 resolution. There were two prototype handbags shown, one was with a single screen and other consisted of two screens.

According to Louis Vuitton :

These are the basis for reconsidering the digital Canvas of the Future, that it is always in search of the fusion of savoir-faire and innovation.

The exact price of the bags has not been revealed yet, but from a brand like Louis Vuitton, we can expect the price to go anywhere and yet beyond the reach of many people.

This new innovation from the company might give a hint about what the future fashion may look like. LV spokesperson had this to say about these handbags: The idea is to think of the handbag as an extension of the smartphone.
