Zack Snyder’s Justice League is officially releasing on March 18th exclusively on HBO Max. This was announced by Zack Snyder himself in a Twitter post. The original Justice League was released 4 years ago and was criticized by fans.
The original movie faced a difficult production scenario with Zack Snyder stepping down from the role of director, and Joss Whedon was hired to complete the movie who also directed Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The final result was not appreciated by the fans and an online campaign was started to release the Snyder Cut. The campaign gained immense popularity even the stars like Gal Gadot and Jason Mamoa showed their support for the Snyder Cut.
And last year in May Warner Bros. made it official that they will be releasing Snyder Cut for Justice League. The movie will be released only on HBO Max, which is a Warner Bros. streaming service to compete with the likes of Disney+ and Netflix.
Warner Bros. is really trying to push for HBO Max as along with Justice League the company also announced that every single one of its movies in 2021 will release simultaneously on HBO Max and movie theaters.
