Gionee has been giving good smartphones to their customers in recent times. Continuing the same trend, Gionee has launched two smartphones named as “Gionee A1” and “Gionee A1 Plus”. Currently, mobile companies believe that giving good battery life, high-quality selfie taking camera and good audio features is the best combination to capture a good market share.Firstly talking about “Gionee A1”, the dimensions of “Gionee A1” are 154.4×76.5×8.5mm. The weight of this device is 182grams. It features a 5.5 inch AMOLED full HD screen. The device runs on a MediaTek Helio P10 processor. It has 4 GB of RAM with an internal memory of 64GB and can be expandable through a microSD card. The device has an impressive battery support. The device comes with a 4,010 mAh battery. “Gionee A1” is a dual sim support device. “Gionee A1” houses a 13MP camera on the back with an aperture of f/2.0 and a 16MP camera on the front with an aperture of f/2.0 and also has a selfie flash. “Gionee A1” runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and it is available in gray, black and gold color variants.
“Gionee A1 Plus” can be referred to as the big brother of “Gionee A1”. In most of the departments, “Gionee A1 Plus” looks like being a big brother of “Gionee A1”. Taking about the dimensions of “Gionee A1 Plus”, its measurements are 166.4×83.3×9.1mm and it weighs around 226 grams. The screen is 6 inches with full HD resolution and it has a modest IPS LCD panel. The processor of the device is MediaTek Helio P25. It has 4GB of RAM with an internal storage of 64GB.The battery of “Gionee A1 Plus” is even bigger than “Gionee A1”, it is powered by a 4,550mAh battery. The camera of “Gionee A1 Plus” is different from “Gionee A1”. There is a dual camera setup on the back side i.e. 13MP and 5MP with an aperture of f/2.0 and the selfie department is well handled by a 20MP front camera with an aperture of f/2.0. ”Gionee A1 Plus” also runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and the color variants of “Gionee A1 Plus” are same as “Gionee A1”.
“Gionee A1 Plus” does include a few extra features, an 18W ultrafast charging technology and there are also improvements made in audio quality. One of the unique features of the device is the hidden IR emitter in the camera flash.
Pricing for “Gionee A1” is decided at EUR 349 and for “Gionee A1 Plus” is has been set up at EUR 499. At this price; this device can be surely given a look. “Gionee A1” is expected to arrive in India this month whereas “Gionee A1 Plus” is expected to arrive in India in April.
